Rental conditions

All rentals are nominative and can not, under any circumstances, be subleased.

Your rental contract only becomes valid after:
– our receipt of your deposit
– your acceptance of above-mentioned reservation contract
– your receipt of our letter of confirmation

Deposit and balance

The deposit is 25% of the total sum of your stay.

The remainder has to be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the case that we have not received the remainder within that period, the “cancellation” conditions come into effect.

If a rental request falls within the 4 weeks before the arrival date, the total sum is due.

Cancellation

We strongly recomend that you take out a cancelation insurance, either privately or through us.

In case of a cancellation, we will either withhold, or you owe us, as a compensation for breach of contract:
Either: 25% of the total costs of your rental if you cancel more than 31 days before the supposed arrival date ;
Or: the total costs of your rental if you cancel within 30 days of the supposed arrival date; or if you don’t turn up.

In the event of an administrative closure or the implementation of travel restrictions between countries or departments in France related to Covid-19, all paid sums will be fully refunded within 48 hours.

Delayed arrival: without notification within 24 hours of the arrival date, your rental contract will be annulled without any reimbursement. Reserved days not taken are not refunded. This applies equally to reserved services, i.e. cleaning, shopping, etc.

Arrival and departure

Except by prior arrangement, we would be obliged if you could arrive between 4 and 8 p.m. and leave before 10 a.m.

Refundable deposit and site regulations

A refundable deposit of 250 € will be payable at your arrival. This sum will be refunded at departure, when you hand in the keys, and after verification of the premises, minus possible costs for damages or in case the chalet hasn’t been cleaned properly.
Each client is obliged to conform to the site’s regulations. These are mentioned in the welcome letter which you’ll find on arrival in your chalet.

Pets

Only 1 per chalet, with valid passport or chip and up to date vaccination. A dog may never be left alone in the chalet when you leave the site.

Visitors

They are welcome, and free of charge, but their proposed visiting time has to be mentioned beforehand to the management. Sorry, but French regulations do not allow for their use of the swimming pool or an overnight stay.

Insurance

It is up to you to insure yourself… the management declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather and in cases where the third party insurance of the client is engaged.
