Rates and rental conditions

Terms of cancellation :

In the event of cancellation, you will be retained, or you will remain due, as indemnity for breach of contract:

• cancellation more than 31 days before the date of arrival: 25% of the full cost of the stay
• cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, or if you do not show up on the scheduled date: the full cost of the stay.

In addition, any delay not reported within 24 hours makes the rental available, without any refund. Delayed arrival or early departure are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an administrative closure or the implementation of travel restrictions between countries or departments in France related to Covid-19, all paid sums will be fully refunded within 48 hours.

For your peace of mind, we have set up a cancellation insurance, amounting to 4% of the total cost of the stay.
