Any rental is nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet.
Your rental agreement will only be effective after:– receipt of a deposit;– your acceptance of the above contract;– your receipt of our written confirmation.
Deposit and balance
The deposit corresponds to 25% of the total amount of your stay.
The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. In case of non-payment of the balance within the period described above, the "cancellation" conditions will apply.
If the request for a rental is less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due.
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance, either by yourself or by us.
In case of cancellation, you will be retained, or you will remain due as compensation for breach of contract: Either: an amount equal to 25% of the full cost of the stay, if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival; Or: an amount equal to the total of the stay, if you cancel less than 31 days before the scheduled date of arrival, or if you do not show up on this date.
In the event of administrative closure or the implementation of travel restrictions between countries or departments in France in connection with Covid-19, all sums paid will be fully refunded within 48 hours.
Any delay not reported within 24 hours makes the rental available, without any refund. Late arrival or early departure will be the responsibility of the customer. The services ordered (cleaning, shopping, etc.) cannot be cancelled after your arrival.
Arrival and departure
You are requested to arrive between 4 and 8 p.m. and to leave, at the latest, before 10 a.m.
Deposit & rules of procedure
A deposit of € 250.00 will be requested upon arrival and returned at the time of your departure, when you return the keys, and after checking the premises. A deduction may be made for possible damage and cleaning costs due to lack of care. All customers are required to comply with the house rules, posted in your chalet.
Admitted kept on a leash, tattooed or chipped, with up-to-date vaccination record, only one animal per cottage. Prohibition to leave him alone in the cottage when you leave the site.
They are welcome, and free of charge, but the date and times of their arrival and departure must be communicated to us beforehand. Sorry, but the law does not allow them to use the pool, nor accommodation for the night.
It's up to you to make sure. The management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather and in the event of an incident falling under the civil responsibility of the customer.
